During my 19 years in the plumbing and heating industry, 13 of which were as a British Gas plumber and technical engineer, I became so fed up with customers being overcharged by big companies, with poor communication and barely acceptable customer service, that I decided something needed to be done. Consequently I set up Forge Valley Heating Ltd., with the intention of offering a more personal, friendly and reliable plumbing and heating service, with good customer service being at its core.
